Instructor Bios:
Troy McDonough, MSPT, CSCS
Troy earned his B.S. from the University of Montana in Health and Human Performance with an emphasis in exercise science as well an M.S. in Physical Therapy.¬Ý He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.¬Ý While at UM Troy was a three time All-Conference selection in the High Hurdles and the Decathlon.¬Ý Troy also set the UM All-Time records in the Decathlon and Pentathlon and the Big Sky Conference Record in the Decathlon.¬Ý In 1999 Troy was named to the NCAA Div. I All-American team.¬Ý He is currently a Push Athlete on the United States bobsled team.¬Ý Troy has coached track at the NCAA Div. I level and currently works on speed development with high school, college, professional, and Olympic Athletes.

Rory Cordial, DPT, CSCS
Rory earned his B.S. from the University of Idaho and doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Montana.¬Ý He played college football and has a passion for athletics.¬Ý He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has trained athletes of all skill levels.¬Ý Rory has spent a total of eight months at Athletes’Äô Performance which is a world class training center located in Tempe, AZ.¬Ý During this time Rory worked with a variety of elite athletes including: many NFL 1st Round draft picks and Pro Bowl players, MLB, NHL, LPGA, and PGA athletes.

Tim Cordial, PT, CSCS
Tim has his B.S. from Stanford University and B.S. in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana.¬Ý He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with extensive knowledge in biomechanics and sports training which he has incorporated into his Physical Therapy Practice since 1980.¬Ý Tim has been involved in athletics his entire life.¬Ý He was a three sport athlete during high school and played college football at Stanford University.¬Ý As a Physical Therapist and Performance Coach, Tim has helped a variety youth, collegiate, and professional athletes prevent injuries and achieve their highest level of performance.
